How We Protect and Manage Your Information

Encryption Standard

All connections between your device and our servers use TLS 1.2 encryption. Payment details are tokenized — your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS number is replaced with a unique code we use only for your deposits and withdrawals.

Access Control

Only our Payments team and Fraud Prevention team see your banking details; Support staff cannot access your account balance or transaction history without your explicit written permission in a ticket.

Cookie Usage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytical cookies to track page load times and which games are most popular. You can disable cookies in your browser; you'll need to log in again on each visit.

Data Retention

Your account is preserved for six months after your last login so you can return. If you request deletion, we anonymize your data within 30 days unless we're required by law to keep records longer.

Third-Party Compliance

We only share the minimum data needed with our payment processor and live-streaming provider. They must sign agreements to treat your data as confidential and use it only for your transactions.

No. We do not sell your name, email, phone or banking details to marketers, data brokers or any outside company. We share only the information needed to process your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS deposit and to prevent fraud.

Log in to your account, go to Settings > Privacy & Data, and click Download My Data. You'll get a ZIP file with your profile, transaction history, gameplay logs and contact preferences within 24 hours.

Only you can view your own gameplay history inside the Account menu. Our fraud and compliance team can see patterns to detect abuse or unusual betting spikes, but never to sell or analyze your behaviour commercially.
